Your Luxury Box Hospitality Booking
You will experience the concert from the comfort of your own private Grand Tier (12 seats), Loggia (8 seats) or Second Tier (4 seats) Box, with a dedicated waiter on hand to serve you and your guests both pre-show and during the interval.
These will be sent out by post approximately two weeks before the event.
Occasionally tickets will be held for you at our Box Office, either because this was requested upon booking or they were booked near the event date. You can check your order status by logging in to your account.
If your ticket have not arrived and you are concerned then please get in touch.
Timings and arrival
Please arrive 45 minutes before the show, entering through the door number printed on your ticket. Approximate stage times are listed on the event page on our site.
If you’d like to arrive earlier, the Hall has a variety of bars which are open to all ticket holders from two hours before the concert. Access to these may be through another door but there will be stewards onsite that can direct you.
Your food and drink
Your food and drink will be laid in your box ready for your arrival and your waiter will be on hand to serve you before the show and in the interval.
Should your guests have any dietary requirements, then please send them to firstname.lastname@example.org at least three days prior to the performance, indicating the name of the guest(s), date of your event and your box number (printed on your ticket).
