RECENT EVENTS - Late Night Jazz - Natalie Williams

Thursday 31 January 2013 - 9:45 PM

Natalie Williams | Royal Albert Hall

Over the past few years Natalie Williams has become one of the most in-demand and versatile singers on the British jazz and soul scenes.

Born and raised in Berlin to a Hungarian mother and British father, Natalie realised her love for music, in particul jazz, at the age of 15. Her early influences included singers Nancy Wilson, Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan and Aretha Franklin and she has been featured alongside the likes of Kurt Elling, Sheila Jordan and Guy Barker.

She is a regular performer at London's legendary Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club where she hosts a monthly night, and is even more regularly seen supporting the international artists who visit.

'One of the UK's hottest singers... she effortlessly moves from soul-diva to sensual and sophisticated jazz' Time Out

'I saw her play recently and it was just incredible. She's a truly real, beautiful star, worthy of everyone's attention' Jamie Cullum
