Take your pupils back in time with our FREE Discover the Victorians tour!
Specifically designed to meet Key Stage 1 National Curriculum learning objectives for history, this tour will see your pupils join two characters from Victorian society on a journey through this significant local historical landmark.
Learn about Victoria and Albert’s passion to bring learning and technology to the masses as the world surged forward into the industrial age, and inspire your pupils’ curiosity to know more about the past.
- KS1 History: The lives of significant individuals in the past who have contributed to national and international achievements.
- KS1 History: Significant historical events, people and places in their own locality.
- To learn about the Great Exhibition, and Albert’s vision for the Hall.
- To gain a general understanding of life in the Victorian era.

Your visit lasts for 105 minutes and will be broken down into two sessions – a tour and workshop – each lasting 45 minutes.
