This Royal Albert Home session can be watched on demand now:
Richard Archer and Krysten Cummings will deliver an exclusive session as part of the Royal Albert Home series.
In these strange times, closing the Hall’s doors is the best way to look after the world, but we are now opening a (virtual) window for you to experience some of the most talented artists around.
Hard-Fi frontman Richard Archer and acclaimed singer-songwriter Krysten Cummings are bandmates in OffWorld, whose debut EP Brave To Be Alive was released on 9 April 2020 and features the single Burnt Out Star.
Expect music from this new EP as well as Hard-Fi classics from the singer’s West London home.
“Burnt Out Star was originally written as a response to Trump, Brexit and the rise of populist nationalism that made us feel we no longer recognised the place we called home. It’s been quite disturbing to note how prescient it feels, lyrically, in light of the Covid 19 pandemic” Richard Archer
