You can still enjoy this performance, part of the the Royal Albert Home series. It starts five minutes into this video:
British composer and cellist Peter Gregson will deliver an exclusive session from his London home as part of the Royal Albert Home series.
In these strange times, closing the Hall’s doors is the best way to look after the world, but we are now opening a (virtual) window for you to experience some of the most talented artists around.
Gregson has released four studio albums: Terminal (2009), Lights in the Sky (2014), Touch (2015) and Bach Recomposed (2018), as well as undertaken commissions for stage and screen, including a recent underscoring of Paolo Sorrentino’s cult series The New Pope.
In May 2019 Gregson made his solo debut on the Royal Albert Hall stage as part of Bach Evolution, a contemporary celebration of the music of J.S. Bach.
