    It is with great disappointment that we have had to cancel My Christmas Orchestral Adventure.

    The government restrictions from 2 December will limit public attendance at indoor events to 1,000 people and unfortunately it is not possible to stage this event with an audience of this size.

    We cannot wait to welcome you back to live, full capacity performances soon. If you have booked tickets for this event we will be in touch as soon as possible to refund you.

  • Ticketing Terms and Conditions
    • If you or someone in your party tests positively for Covid-19, if you have been asked to isolate as part of the government’s track and trace system, or if there is a local lockdown that means you cannot travel to the performance, there is no need to worry, we will refund all or some of your tickets in full as requested, or offer you a credit voucher or exchange if you would prefer. All refunds, credit vouchers and exchanges are subject to our normal terms and conditions. We may need to ask you to provide us with evidence to support your request – for example your track and trace notification.
