The government restrictions from 2 December will limit public attendance at indoor events to 1,000. The celebrated Royal Choral Society was formed as part of the Royal Albert Hall’s official opening, and the 150-strong choir has sung here every Christmas since 1872.

We can’t wait to welcome the choir back to its spiritual home in 2020 with a festive programme packed full of glorious carols old and new – including traditional favourites Silent Night, The Twelve Days of Christmas and O Come all Ye Faithful *.

The renowned Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and a host of special guests will accompany the choir for this gala concert.
