Royal Albert Hall presents
Late Night Jazz - The Jazz of Dudley Moore
with the Chris Ingham Quartet
Primary Content
Our intimate Late Night Jazz series presents sensational music in the sultry setting of the Royal Albert Hall’s Elgar Room.
The Chris Ingham Quartet bring their new live show to the Elgar Room, revisiting the music of Dudley Moore, featuring sounds from his fabulous 1960s trio albums – the groundbreaking satirical revue Beyond The Fringe, the TV show Not Only But Also and the brilliant movie soundtracks for Bedazzled and 30 Is A Dangerous Age, Cynthia.
The beloved comic actor Dudley Moore was not only one of the UK’s most dazzling and swinging jazz pianists but also a composer of wit and depth. A true accompanist and big band pianist, he led his outstanding trio on stage, in clubs and concert halls and latterly on TV.
