Beat the queues and order hassle-free directly to your box
If you have tickets in the Grand Tier, Second Tier or Loggia seating areas you will be sitting in one of the Royal Albert Hall’s boxes and can order food and drink to be delivered directly to it.
Orders can be placed up to 48 hours before the event starts.
Please note that we will be offering a reduced menu during this time.
How does it work?
Simply select the items you’d like delivered to your box online or via the app up to 48 hours before the event you are attending and we’ll do the rest!
Your order will be prepared following strict government guidelines to ensure all orders are safely prepared and delivered.
Your food will be laid out in your box when box doors open one and a half hours before the event begins (schedules are listed on the event page).
If you would like to order extra food, there will be a hostessing service available during the event, offering a very reduced menu. All food must be ordered via the app.
