Covid-19 refund form
If you are unable to attend because you, anyone in your party or anyone you live with has had any symptoms of Covid-19 such as a cough, sore throat, or fever in the 14 days prior to the event, or if you have tested positively for Covid-19, if you have been asked to isolate as part of the government’s track and trace system, or if there is a local restrictions that means you cannot travel to the performance, please stay at home and request a refund via the form below.
If you can, please consider joining the others who are supporting the Royal Albert Hall right now in donating your refund straight back to the Hall to support us through this time.
Please select the event you are requesting a refund for in the drop-down and share your Royal Albert Hall account number and order number with us – these can be found either by visiting your account or in your email confirmation. Please do not enter any debit/credit card details.
