Due to the global COVID pandemic we have unfortunately had to shut our doors to the public.

Hundreds of events at the Hall have been affected by this. We are doing all we can to reschedule these events, however this isn’t always possible.

On this page you will find the latest list of affected events and what this means for ticket holders.

Is my event going ahead?

The latest list of all affected events can be found above.

If an event you have tickets for is not on that list then it is still scheduled to go ahead and we will contact all bookers if and when the event is cancelled or postponed.

We continue to work with the government to find a way forward for us to have events.

My event has been postponed. What does this mean?

Postponed events will not be going ahead as originally planned and we are working on finding another date for the event.

We will update bookers as soon as we have confirmed a new date, or if the event is being cancelled.

My event has been rescheduled. Do I need to do anything?

No. All tickets for the original date will be valid for the rescheduled date. We will be in touch with all bookers as soon as we can with further information.

My event has been cancelled. Will I get a refund?

Yes. We will automatically process refunds as soon as possible. Further information and refund options will be emailed to the booker.
