Tales from the Shed are vibrant, interactive theatre shows perfect for young children. Every show is guaranteed to be engaging, fun and really silly, with songs and plenty of colorful puppets, including Can-Can the beautiful bird and laid back Lion Down.

Nick Cope's Family Songbook

Bringing his own brand of acoustic folk-rock to the world of children’s music, singer and songwriter Nick Cope creates interactive concerts for families, schools and festivals, and has established a strong following of little and not-so-little people all over the world!

Tongue Fu Kids

Tongue Fu for Kids is a brand new show from the acclaimed Tongue Fu team. Created for children aged 7 to 11 and their grown ups, each lively show is unique and jam-packed with wordplay, improv, participation and musical wizardry from poets, storytellers and rappers.

Albert's Band Presents: When I Grow Up

Join the Royal Albert Hall’s resident Education & Outreach ensemble, Albert’s Band and conductor Kevin Hathway as they perform a programme of music which explores what we want to be when we grow up!
Suitable for all ages. All attending require a ticket, expect under 2s who go free.

Getting Here

Bus numbers 9, 10, 52 and 452 stop right outside the building.

South Kensington tube station does not offer step free access. The nearest underground station with step free access is Green Park.

Food and Drink

There are restaurants, cafés and bars available throughout the building. Visit our food and drink for more information. Verdi, our Italian restaurant offers a children’s menu.

Facilities

The Hall is fully accessible for buggies. Please ask a steward upon arrival where to park your buggy. Space might be limited so please be prepared to fold it, and always ensure that any valuables stay with you at all times, as buggies are left at your own risk.

Baby changing facilities are available in our accessible toilets at Doors 4, 8 and 12 on the Ground Floor, near Door 4 on the Grand Tier (level 1) and Door 8 on the Rausing Circle level (level 3).
