Alongside her headline concert as part of our Love Classical Festival, world renowned trumpeter Alison Balsom offered the unique chance for young brass players to join her for an inspiring workshop.

Some 55 young musicians aged 11-14 arrived on 7 March with trumpets, trombones, tubas and French horns, to benefit from Alison’s expert tips and tricks, as well as getting the chance to explore the world of improvisation.
