If you have purchased tickets for seats in a box in the Grand Tier, Second Tier or Loggia level, why not enhance your Royal Albert Hall experience by ordering food and drink to be delivered to your box before the show or during the interval.

How does it work?

What’s on the menu?

Choose from a wide range of delicate sandwiches, delicious canapés and nibbles, platters and sharing boards, or hot dishes, finishing your meal with handcrafted petits fours, delicate patisseries and desserts, popcorn or Loseley ice cream.

From the finest Champagne and wines to beers, ciders and soft drinks, you’ll find a drink to suit you on our extensive drinks menu.

Placing your order

Please place your order online or by phone up to 36 hours before the event you are attending. If you are enquiring about a box food order less than two days before a performance, please give us a call on 020 7959 0579, although we may only be able to offer a very limited menu.

What to expect when you arrive

The food and drinks will be laid out in your box approximately 45 minutes before the start of the show. Certain items such as tea, coffee, dessert carousels and ice cream will be delivered during the interval as standard.

Expandable element Can I still order Box Food and Drink if I haven’t booked all the seats in the box?
Yes! Anyone who has purchased a ticket for a seat in a Grand Tier, Second Tier or Loggia level box can enjoy food and drink ordered to your box.
When you arrive you'll find your pre-ordered food and drink laid out and labelled clearly with your name.

If you feel uncomfortable eating in the box, why not book a table at one of our restaurants? Or, if you have the full box or a party across more than one box, contact us if you’d like to discuss a private room. The best way to do this is via our online private room enquiry form by calling 020 3036 9053.
Expandable element How is my food and drink kept fresh in the box?
To keep your dishes fresh we cover food with lids, while cold drinks, white wine and Champagne are kept on ice. If you have ordered hot food, please let us know what time you’d like this delivered to your box using the 'special instructions field' on the online ordering form.

All suitable crockery, cutlery and glassware will be provided.

There are three restaurants at the Hall which serve a range of meals, plus bars on every level, serving drinks and light snacks. Take a look at a venue map to see which bar is closest to your seat.

On selected shows you will have the option of ordering platters, fresh pizza snacks and drinks to your box using our hostess service. To find out if this service will be available on the day of your visit, please contact rhubarb on 020 7959 0579.

We have a range of food that is suitable for any dietary requirements. We suggest you contact rhubarb on 020 7959 0579 so they can advise you of the allergen ingredients and suggest any alternative options.

Our onsite Verdi restaurant is family-friendly and has a children’s menu. You are welcome to order a takeaway pizza from there and take it back to your box if you prefer.
