Restaurant Reservations

The Hall's restaurants open 2 hours before the performance. We strongly advise you to book your table in advance.

Please note that dining is usually only available before the show, and that you may only book a table if you hold tickets to the show on the same date. Your tickets will be required to gain entry to the building.

Book a Table

To book a table, please start by selecting a date from the calendar below (only the dates highlighted in red on the calendar have restaurant availability).

Please note that Café Consort is now closed. It will re-open as Verdi - Italian Kitchen in April 2014. Ticket holders for events from Monday 14 April can make Verdi reservations now.

Unfortunately, there are no restaurants available for this date. Select another date, or visit us on the day of performance to check for availability. There are also food options available first come first served in bars around the Hall.

Q. How can I book a table?
A. Choose your date from the calendar above or call our Box Office on 0845 401 5045 to make a reservation with us.

Q. How long will I have to dine before the performance?
A. All our restaurants open 2 hours before a performance. We take reservations up until 45 minutes before the start of the show. Customers are welcome to place interval orders for desserts or coffee and return to their table during the interval. Please ask your waiter for more details.

Q. What is the maximum number of people I can have at my table?
A. We can take bookings of up to 4 people online. If you would like to book a table for a larger party, please contact the Box Office on 0845 401 5045.  We may request a pre-order for large parties.

Q. Are your restaurants accessible by wheelchair?
A. All our restaurants can be accessed by wheelchair users. If your party contains several wheelchair users, we can make a note of this on your booking to ensure you are seated swiftly.

Q. What if I have special dietary requirements?
A. When making your online booking, please enter your special dietary requirements.

Q. What if I’m running late for my table?
A. We understand that travel plans can get disrupted so we hold all restaurant tables for 30 minutes. If you are likely to be any later, please contact the Box Office on 0845 401 5045 and they will see if a later table is available.
