Restaurant Reservations

The Hall's restaurants open two hours before each main auditorium concert and we strongly advise booking a table in advance. For events in the Elgar Room, you can book a table pre-show in Verdi - Italian Kitchen or buy a light meal in Café Bar. For certain performances, food is available in the Elgar Room as part of the event. Please check the event page for more details.

Please note that with the exception of Verdi - Italian Kitchen and Café Bar, dining is only available to ticket holders before a show and your tickets will be required to gain entry to the building.

Q. How can I book a table?
A. Choose your preferred date from the calendar above or call Box Office on 0845 401 5045.

Q. How long will I have to dine before the performance?
A. All restaurants open two hours before a performance and bookings can be made for a table up until 45 minutes before the start of the show. You are welcome to return to your table in the interval for dessert and coffee - please ask your waiter for more details.

Q. What is the maximum number of people I can have at my table?
A. Online the maximum you can book for is 10 (Verdi), 8 (Elgar) and 6 (Coda). If you would like to book a table for a larger party, please contact Box Office on 0845 401 5045.

Q. Are your restaurants accessible by wheelchair?
A. Yes, all restaurants. Please let us know if your party has several wheelchair users so we can ensure you are seated swiftly.

Q. What if I have special dietary requirements, allergy or intolerance to certain food items?
A. When making an online booking please mention any special dietary requirements, or if you require information about ingredients which may cause allergy or intolerance, please speak to restaurant staff before you order.

Q. What if I’m running late for my table?
A. We understand that travel plans can get disrupted so we hold all restaurant tables for 20 minutes. If you are likely to be any later please contact Box Office on 0845 401 5045.
