If you would like to request a wheelchair to assist you from the door to your seat, please tell us which event you are attending, including date and time, the estimated time of your arrival and which door you would like to collect the wheelchair from. Please note that doors 1, 3, 8 and 9 have ramped access as well as the Box Office at door 12. If you are requesting a wheelchair for use within the next 48 hours please phone the Access Line on 020 7070 4410.

Box seats located in the Loggia, Grand Tier and Second Tier offer the most suitable seating for customers who would like to take their dog into the auditorium during the performance. If you prefer, or if you are sitting in an area which is unsuitable for dogs, you may leave your dog with a Steward until the end of the performance.
If you would like a Steward to look after your dog please tell us which event you are attending, including date and time, and where you are sitting. On arrival at the Hall, please go to the Door 6 Information Desk, located on the ground floor where stewards will assist you.

If you would like a Steward to read your programme to you, please tell us which event you are attending, including date and time, and where you are sitting. On arrival at the Hall, please go to the Door 6 Information Desk, located on the ground floor where the stewards will assist you.

The Royal Albert Hall encourages event promoters to produce large print programmes for visually impaired customers. Please submit your request, with details of the performance you are attending, at least 10 working days in advance of the performance. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that promoters will always offer this service.

For BBC Proms performances (July - September) please contact the BBC directly on 020 7765 3260 to order large print texts and opera librettos, at least 5 working days in advance of the concert.

There is a variety of seating in the auditorium. The seats in the Stalls are armless, whilst the Circle, Choir and Arena seats have fixed armrests. Chairs with arms are provided as standard in the Loggia, Grand Tier and Second Tier – most of these may be changed for armless chairs. To request an armless chair in a box please tell us which event you are attending, including date and time, along with the seat details which can be found on your ticket. If you are attending a performance within the next 48 hours please phone the box office on 020 7838 3110 to request this service. Please note that seats in the Arena can not be changed to armless.
