To book a group tour, please complete the booking form or call our dedicated booking team on 020 7959 0558. Please note, group rates only apply to 15 people or more and a £50 deposit is required to secure your booking.

We make every effort to accommodate individuals and groups on our tours, whatever their requirements. All tour routes cover a moderate distance and can involve stairs. However, lifts are available and all tour routes are accessible to guests who use wheelchairs.
If you are part of a group that requires a BSL interpreter then this can be arranged and booked through us with advance notice. Tours for groups or individuals who are visually impaired can also be arranged. Any group that wishes to bring its own descriptive or language interpreter is welcome.

Each tour offers a unique experience and may include opportunities to see artists rehearsing for their evening performance. The Royal Albert Hall is a working building so the content of the tours may vary and due to events some areas may occasionally be closed.
Please note: There are a lot of stairs on the tour, so customers are advised to wear flat shoes. Lifts are also available when required.
