RECENT EVENTS - Roger Daltrey performing The Who's Tommy

Thursday 24 March 2011 - 7:30 PM

Roger Daltrey

Following the phenomenal success of Quadrophenia for Teenage Cancer Trust in 2010, Roger Daltrey CBE will perform The Who's 1969 rock opera Tommy as well as early hits including material from Live at Leeds. The legendary musician and the driving force behind Concerts for Teenage Cancer Trust at the Royal Albert Hall will perform the album about the 'deaf, dumb and blind kid'. Selling over 20 million copies worldwide, Tommy was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame for 'historical, artistic and significant' value.

Support comes from long term Teenage Cancer Trust supporter Jon Fratelli who will play his first solo London show. Jon will be playing hits from his debut solo album Psycho Jukebox, an album full of melody, pop-psychedelia, classic ’60s-tinged pop, and characters whose lives are a twilight world of ambition and failure, triumph and loss.

Please note that there is an age restriction of no under 5s for this event and under 14s must be accompanied by an adult. Ticket limit: maximum of 4 tickets per person.
