  • What our visitors say

‘After a tour of the Albert Hall we had afternoon tea in their Verdi restaurant. It was good value for money with a wide range of teas on offer, plenty of imaginatively put together food and all very well explained and served by the excellent Kinga, our waitress.’

‘My mother and I booked the tour and reserved an Afternoon Tea following the tour. It was an amazing experience in such a beautiful setting. The sandwiches, scones and cakes/pastries were absolutely wonderful!! So many selections of fine teas as well. I will always remember this visit and a special thank you to Kinga who was so kind and helpful with a wonderful personality. Thank you Kinga!! :) Look forward to visit again in the future.’

‘Book a tour and have a wander around this superb venue! Tour guides are informative and friendly. What you see on the TV really does not do the hall justice. When you’re done, make sure you partake in an afternoon tea (pre-bookable only!). Great sandwiches, fabulous cakes and lots of tea in a lovely restaurant.’

‘The tour lasts around an hour and our tour guide was young and very knowledgeable. She was happy in her work and enthusiastic. Great tour, well worth it. Afternoon tea was the traditional three tiered assortment of sandwiches, scones & cakes. A good selection of teas and you can pay extra for a glass of Champagne (which had to be done). The waiting staff were very attentive and we had a thoroughly good afternoon. Would highly recommend.’

‘Try to book the afternoon tea with the tour of the Royal Albert. A great way to wind down after visiting the adjacent museums.’
