World-renowned violinist Nigel Kennedy will return to the Royal Albert Hall with a special headline show, as part of the Love Classical festival.

Kennedy’s unique talent and extraordinary ability to communicate with audiences have made him one of the world’s most popular and well-respected performers, and this show will be like nothing you’ve ever seen before.

Combining greatest hits and new works, Kennedy will perform a wide ranging repertoire from Bach to Hendrix, world music to jazz, accompanied by a host of incredibly special guests as part of this one-off performance, including Georgi Andreev, world-class violinists Jean-Luc Ponty, Michael Guttman, Pieter Daniel, and Led Zeppelin’s Robert Plant.

‘I love the Royal Albert Hall. It’s like a gladiatorial arena: you’re on your own, facing all those people, and it’s just an amazing communication. If you’ve had great artists walking on that stage before you, then you’ve got this kind of osmosis of their vibe, there’s some real history and real life to that place because of who’s been in there.’
    Nigel Kennedy, on Radio 2
