With over 380 events taking place in the main auditorium each year, it’s extremely rare that the Royal Albert Hall is completely empty, however on selected dates we are able to offer a peek behind the curtain of this much-loved Grade I listed building.
On Tuesday 31 January we are making the most of a rare dark day at the Hall by offering the opportunity to combine a behind-the-scenes tour of our much-loved building with a delicious elevenses, lunch or afternoon tea.
Your ticket includes
- Behind-the-scenes tour lasting 60 minutes
- Either coffee and a pastry, a two-course set lunch or afternoon tea in Verdi – Italian Kitchen (please select when booking)
- 10% off the Gift Shop and Café Bar
The behind-the-scenes tour takes in a dressing room; the basement levels underneath the Hall; the fascinating space below the Arena floor used for some of our biggest productions; and the Hall’s spectacular Grand Organ.
All front of house tours are fully accessible to customers with disabilities.
We are also able to offer tours for deaf and visually impaired customers as well as touch tours. For more information, please contact our Box Office on 0845 401 5045.
