FRONT OF HOUSE TOUR
Our engaging guides take you on a personal journey through this iconic building, bringing to life the Hall's fascinating history and sharing some of its secrets.
Watch as the Hall prepares for one of its 350 events or witness rehearsals for that evening's performance.
This is a 1 hour tour covering all front of house areas including the auditorium and the Queen's suite, the Royal Retiring Room. As the Royal Albert Hall is a working venue, each tour is unique and may include opportunities to see rehearsals or the technical preparations for a show.
Tours operate on the days indicated in the calendar above and cost £8.00 (£7.00 concession for students and senior citizens). All tours are subject to availability and booking in advance is strongly recommended. All tours are conducted in English and are subject to availability.
BACKSTAGE TOUR
Enjoy a rare opportunity to see behind the scenes at the Royal Albert Hall!
The route incorporates our standard Front of House tour, followed by a chance to see our sub-basement loading area and the backstage corridors, and glimpse the stage of the Royal Albert Hall from a performer's perspective.
Backstage tours last approximately 90 minutes and cost £12. The next backstage tours will take place on 29 September 2010 and 19 November 2010.
