Housekeeping Assistant (Industrial Cleaner)
We are seeking to recruit a full-time Housekeeping Assistant (Industrial Cleaner) to join the Housekeeping team. Applicants need to be reliable, with strong communication skills and dedicated to a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience of using heavy industrial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers. Duties will include porterage and cleaning of front of house and staff areas. Training will be provided.
Working as part of the Housekeeping team, you will be willing to work a shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, averaging 37.5 hours per week.

Security Officer
We are seeking to appoint a Security Officer, working within an in-house team to provide a customer-focused, efficient and professional security service for the Royal Albert Hall. You will be required to work day and night shifts and weekends in accordance with an annualised hours roster.
The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused, reliable and proactive individual with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be self-motivated, able to use their initiative and work effectively within a team.
Experience of working as a Security Officer is essential, preferably in-house. A First Aid qualification and SIA Door Supervisor licence are an advantage as is previous experience of working in an entertainment or people-orientated customer service industry environment.
