One Direction to perform at the Royal Variety Performance 2012

International phenomenon and Brit Award winners One Direction have been confirmed to perform at The Royal Variety Performance 2012, in the presence of Her Majesty The Queen and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh.
Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson will perform a special version of their up coming single ‘Little Things’ which is a song written by Ed Sheeran.
The What Makes You Beautiful singers will join stars such as Rod Stewart, Girls Aloud, Kylie Minogue, Robbie Williams, Neil Diamond and Alicia Keys on stage at the magnificent Royal Albert Hall to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of The Royal Variety Performance.
David Walliams will preside over the show, which promises to be an unforgettable evening of the best UK and international musical, comedy and variety performances.
This star-studded spectacular will take place on the 19th November and be screened on ITV1 in early December. It will be produced by ITV Studios.
As is customary, the event is staged in aid of the Entertainment Artistes’ Benevolent Fund, whose patron is Her Majesty The Queen. The money will help to maintain Brinsworth House in Twickenham, Middlesex – the entertainers’ retirement and nursing home which is run by the EABF.
