A weekend of film music making for budding young composers!
Join us on Friday at the Royal Albert Hall for a pre-concert talk and a special screening of Singin’ in the Rain, accompanied by live performances by the London Philharmonic Orchestra.
Then on Saturday and Sunday, journey through the history of film music composition from the 'silent era' to the 'talking picture', exploring writing styles, techniques and working with other young musicians to create your own film scores.
This event is run in partnership with the Royal College of Music.
Suitable for ages 13-18.
Tickets are £50. Subsidised tickets are available.
