Does the Royal Albert Hall use recruitment agencies?
Yes, but only very occasionally. In the HR team, we do all our own direct sourcing. So for permanent and fixed term vacancies we use a variety of sources to find appropriate candidates ourselves.
How can we work with the Royal Albert Hall?
When we do use agencies to recruit for specialised roles, we work with people who have a strong track record of success working with the Hall. At the moment we aren't looking to work with any other agencies.
Will you accept speculative CVs from recruitment agencies?
Sorry, no we won't, and if you do choose to send CVs, we won't acknowledge your ownership of the candidate.
We really want to work with you though, what can we do to make you want to work with us?
Whilst we fully understand your desire to work with us, we are inundated with queries from recruitment agents. You can email your details to email@example.com and if we have any vacancies we require help with, we will contact you. Please do not send unsolicited CVs or candidate details.
How should we contact you and how often?
We would like to be completely honest at this stage and say that we'd rather you didn't contact us. We will get in touch with you.
However, if you do choose to contact us, email is best. Please use the address above and bear in mind it is likely you won't get a response. As you can imagine, both line managers and members of the HR team are very busy, so we'd be grateful if you could be aware of this. We are then able to work with minimum distraction and if we subsequently work with you in future we start with the best possible relationship.
