World-renowned violinist Nigel Kennedy returned to the Hall with a special headline show, as part of our inaugural Love Classical festival, on Tuesday 14 March.

Combining greatest hits and new works, Kennedy performed music from Bach to Hendrix, world music to jazz, accompanied by a host of incredibly special guests, in a four hour musical extravaganza! Take a look back at this unforgettable night:

As part of this special gala concert, Kennedy introduced to the stage a host of special guests including Bulgarian composer and gadoulka virtuoso Georgi Andreev, fellow former students of New York’s prestigious Juilliard Pieter Daniel and Michael Guttman, Led Zeppelin’s Robert Plant and jazz-rock violinist Jean-Luc Ponty.
